Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 8, 2026

Draft pending legal review. This policy is provided as a starting template and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. Replace with finalized language before launch, especially if you collect personal information from EU/UK residents (GDPR) or California residents (CCPA/CPRA).

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Procetta, Inc. ("Procetta," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about visitors to procetta.com (the "Site") and people who interact with us through the Site (for example, by booking a meeting or requesting information).

This policy does not cover information we process on behalf of customers as part of the Procetta service (the "Service"). That information is processed under our customer agreements and any applicable Data Processing Addendum.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We collect information you submit to us directly, such as your name, business email address, employer, role, and any message you send when you book a meeting, fill out a contact form, or otherwise reach out.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

  • IP address (truncated where supported by our analytics provider);
  • Browser type, operating system, and device type;
  • Referring URL and pages viewed on the Site;
  • Approximate location derived from IP address (country/region only);
  • Timestamps of visits and interactions.

We aim to use privacy-respecting analytics that do not set tracking cookies and do not build cross-site profiles.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule meetings;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • Understand aggregate Site usage and measure marketing effectiveness;
  • Communicate with you about Procetta, with your consent where required;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who process information on our behalf (for example, hosting providers, analytics providers, scheduling tools, and email service providers), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
  • Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate fraud or security issues;
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use a small number of essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies on the Site. If we change this practice, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregate or de-identified data may be retained for longer.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. International transfers

Procetta operates from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that information collected through the Site may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

California residents

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), including the right to know what personal information we have collected, request deletion, and opt out of certain uses. We do not sell personal information.

EU/UK residents

Where applicable, the legal basis for processing under the GDPR/UK GDPR is your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, or compliance with legal obligations.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.
